People with this body type have a strong lung and weak liver. These people mostly have a vegetarian diet. These people like to explore new things. Their beneficial regime includes green leafy vegetables, eggplant, and fruits like cherry, peach, and strawberry. They should avoid the consumption of vitamin A, B, C, and D rich diets.

  1. Renotonia

People with this constitution have a strong kidney and weak pancreas. They have an athletic body type. They should prefer eating meat diets and avoid having seafoods, broccoli, and cabbage in their diet.

  1. Vesicotonia

People having this constitution have a weak stomach and the strong bladder. People with this body type should have a meat diet along with potatoes, tomatoes, ginger, apple, and mangoes in their diet. Eggplant, strawberries, melon, and liquors are harmful to their body.

  1. Gastrotonia

People with this constitution have a strong stomach and weak gallbladder. They don’t have digestion issues. They should include more pork, beef, oyster, and shrimp in their diet. However, they should avoid having meat diet, lemons, apples, and oranges.

It is a constitution of weak a colon and strong gallbladder. People with this body constitution are sensitive. Their beneficial regime includes tofu, walnut, watermelon, and chest nut. They should avoid having sea foods, broccoli, and lemons.

  1. Hepatonia
